Laura DeSoto is responsible for driving strategic planning and development for Experian’s credit and analytics businesses. She is focused on global credit bureau expansion and high potential strategic initiatives in theUnited States. As part of her role, DeSoto is the architect and champion of Experian’s extensive Voice of the Customer program, designed to ensure that Experian delivers a truly customer-centric experience. Experian was recently awarded the 2009 Forrester Voice of the Customer Award in recognition of its listening processes and deep customer insight.
Prior to her current role, DeSoto had roles in innovation and synergy and marketing for Experian. She holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a BS degree in business administration from San Diego State University.
