Celeste Signorino
Vice President of Investor Relations and Business Development
Celeste Signorino is the Vice President of Investor Relations and Business Development for Orange County Business Council. Signorino works closely with the Orange County business community to develop high value partnerships and to amplify investors’ participating in the Business Council’s efforts.
Prior to OCBC, Signorino served as the Foundation Director for the OCTANe Foundation for Innovation, a non-profit dedicated to advancing innovation and entrepreneurship in biomedical and information technology. In October 1999, Signorino established the Public Affairs department at Conexant where she was responsible for community relations and government affairs activities. Signorino began her career in Public Relations with Neiman Marcus. Signorino has worked with numerous non-profit organizations throughout Orange County including KOCE-TV and the Discovery Science Center. Signorino received her bachelor’s degree in international business from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Signorino has lived internationally in Germany, London and most recently in Florence, Italy where she studied Italian, Early Renaissance Art History and cooking and traveled extensively.
