Pat Bates defeats Cathryn De Young for the OC Board of Supervisors
Senate Winners: Lynn Daucher (R) vs. Lou Correa (D) still too close to call in the 34th District, and Mark Wyland (R-San Clemente) was elected in the 38th District.
Assembly Winners: Tony Mendoza (D – Buena Park), Bob Huff (R – Yorba Linda), Jim Silva (R – Huntington Beach), Van Tran (R – Garden Grove), Jose Solorio (D – Santa Ana), Chuck DeVore (R – Irvine), Todd Spitzer (R – Orange), Mike Duvall (R - Brea), and Mimi Walters (R – Laguna Niguel).
Anaheim Mayor Curt Pringle is reelected, as well as Santa Ana Mayor Miguel Pulido, Irvine Mayor Beth Krom, Garden Grove Mayor Bill Dalton and Westminster Mayor Margie Rice. Carolyn Cavecche is elected Mayor of Orange.
