Bank of America Renews Lease, Commits to Staying in Orange County

Reaffirming its commitment to north Orange County, Bank of America announced on March 7 that it has renewed

bank of america logoits lease agreement, set to expire in 2012, with Acquiport Brea L.P., an affiliate of Lexington Realty Trust, for the corporate center at 275 Valencia Avenue in Brea, California an additional seven years. “Bank of America’s long-term commitment to Orange County is a positive sign of achieving stability in the region’s challenging office market,” said Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Managing Director Jeff Ingham.

“This renewal is the largest office lease by square footage signed in the U.S. so far this year.,” said Ingham. The Brea Center houses several Bank of America lines of business, with approximately 3,200 associates onsite. Bank of America has worked from the 637,503 square foot complex since 1982.
