The Latino Educational Attainment (LEA) committee is dedicated to empowering a key partner in the success of Latino students — their parents. The committee works to fill the gaps left in education by teaching Latino parents about the California education system, how to advocate for their children, and ensure their children are college and/or career ready. LEA triggers the importance of education in communities, working to unify neighborhoods, students, and parents to produce a highly-skilled workforce to continue Orange County’s economic success.Learn More
