OCBC Takes No Position on Propositions 98 and 99
After discussion with both its Government Affairs Committee and Executive Board of Directors, OCBC elected to take no position on Propositions 98 and 99 on the June 2088 ballot. The Business Council saw a missed opportunity for both sides in these efforts to reform Eminent Domain.
