Governing California

The Concordia University Center for Public Policy and the USC Center for Religion and Civic Culture present, Governing California: A Symposium on Solutions for the 21st Century.  Has California grown too big and too dysfunctional to govern itself? Can the spirit of optimism and can-do initiative be recaptured? Or are we in a state of permanent decline? To address these questions the Concordia University Center for Public Policy and the USC Center for Religion and Civic Culture brought in California’s foremost experts–including OCBC President and CEO Lucy Dunn–to consider what’s going on in this state and what can be done to get us back on the right track.
