IRVINE, CA —Orange County Business Council (OCBC), the leading voice of business in Orange County, has endorsed Todd Spitzer for Orange County Supervisor, District 3. Spitzer served previously as an Orange County Supervisor, as well as a State Assembly Member and School Board Member. He chaired the Orange County Transportation Authority, Orange County Fire Authority and Transportation Corridor Agency.
