Regional Location: The subject site is located in the City of Tustin, California on the border of Irvine and nearby Santa Ana. The site is located between Jamboree Blvd. and Redhill to the North, Irvine Center Drive to the East, and Barranca to the West. Interstate 5 is nearby.

Surrounding Land Uses: There are both commercial and residential uses located on the perimeter of the site. New commercial centers are constructed near the location of new residential units and existing industrial and commercial properties are located adjacent to the master planned site.

Project Description: Tustin Legacy is a master plan reuse of the former Tustin Marine Corps Air Station. The existing vision for the site proposes residential, commercial, recreation, education, and community developments throughout the site. The site is designed as 8 neighborhoods connected with internal roadways.
