Dessi Sarabosing is the Chief Financial Officer with Newport Beach-based Mobilitie, the largest privately held wireless infrastructure provider in the U.S specializing in funding, deploying and operating wireless solutions enabling comprehensive, robust and secure mobile coverage. Ms. Sarabosing manages the financial strategy & operations of the company while overseeing all financial activities, including financial reporting and management, strategic planning, taxation and treasury, as well as investment relations. Ms. Sarabosing is an insightful & passionate business leader, who continuously strives for improvement, growth and value creation through building and developing exceptional teams, designing innovative strategies and executing tactics to achieve objectives.
Before joining Mobilitie, Ms. Sarabosing served as the SVP Finance & Accounting and Chief Financial Officer at Real Mex Restaurants, where she led the Company’s financial transformation, profitability improvement & growth strategy execution through mergers & acquisitions, organic growth & technology innovations.
Ms. Sarabosing joined Real Mex from Taco Bell; Yum! Brands, where she held positions as the Brand Controller & Director FP&A. Responsible for the global Taco Bell brand and its multiple subsidiaries, Ms. Sarabosing managed the financial infrastructure transformation, margin improvement initiatives, strategic planning, franchise governance, controls & risk mitigation.
Prior to that, Ms. Sarabosing was part of the successful turnaround of Arbonne International, where she led the Company through the emergence out of Bankruptcy and subsequent expansion into Asia. Prior to Arbonne, Ms. Sarabosing spent 5 years with Ernst & Young in the Attest & Assurance practice, which served clients in the Financial Audit capacity.
Ms. Sarabosing earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Sofia University in Bulgaria, an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and CPA Certification with the State of California.
Ms. Sarabosing was awarded the Rising Star CFO of the Year by the Orange County Business Journal in January 2017. Ms. Sarabosing is also the founder & past President of the Professional Women United, a philanthropic and non-profit organization, focused on raising the next generation of women leaders. Ms. Sarabosing had previously served on the Board of Directors of the USC Alumni Orange County Chapter promoting local professional networking and career opportunities, as well as the Women’s Leadership initiative at Ernst & Young promoting women’s professional & career growth.
