Vice President, Membership Development and Advocacy
Diana Kot is Vice President of Membership Development and Advocacy for SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union. The credit union serves school employees and their family members and is the largest education-based credit union in the nation with more than 670,000 members, 44 branch office locations and $11.5 billion in assets.
In her position, she manages the areas of Membership Development, Legislative Advocacy, Financial Education, and School and Community Relations. Prior to her promotion, Diana served as the Marketing Manager of Member Acquisition at the credit union.
Before joining SchoolsFirst FCU, Diana was Director of Development for the College of Business at California State University San Marcos. Her credit union career also includes holding the positions of Vice President of Marketing at Mission Federal Credit Union and Membership Development Manager at California Coast Credit Union, both located in San Diego, California.
Diana’s volunteer work includes serving as a financial education instructor, adult English language and reading tutor, Partnerships in Education volunteer, and Rolling Readers read-aloud program volunteer. She is currently the Board Chair for the Riverside County Office of Education Foundation. All of her volunteer work has allowed her to make a difference in our communities through education and helping others gain critical life skills.
Diana has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a minor in Business. In addition, she has a master’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing. A native of Port Huron, Michigan she currently resides in Irvine, California.
