Hensley is Market President of Orange County, CA for U.S. Bank. Hensley began his banking career at age 18 as a teller while working his way through college. He began his career with US Bank in June of 2007 after working in a similar role in other financial institutions.
Hensley has been in banking 34 years. He held various positions early on in the retail side of the bank which culminated in leading the Consumer Lending Group for a large super regional bank in Louisville, KY. In January 1998, Hensley moved to the commercial side of the bank as a relationship manager. He now leads the commercial banking team in Orange County.
Hensley has served on the board of The Healing Place, a homeless shelter and drug and alcohol recovery center and as Secretary of the Board of the Center for Non-Profit Excellence. He has also served on the campaigns of Greater Louisville Inc., and Fund for the Arts. He is currently evaluating boards in the Orange County area to serve on.
Hensley graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts in Business from McKendree College. He is married and the father of 4 children and 3 grandchildren, all of which live in Southern California.
