Kathy Sieck

Automobile Club of Southern California

Kathy Sieck is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Public Affairs and Publishing for the Automobile Club of Southern California.  She leads the public affairs activities for the Club, overseeing legislative and regulatory advocacy, public relations, community programs and member publications.  Kathy is also responsible for the organization’s HR programs and policies, including compensation, benefits, training, recruiting and employee relations. 

Prior to her current position, Kathy was Deputy General Counsel for the Auto Club, managing the Auto Club’s corporate, transactional and regulatory legal matters.  Kathy started her legal career in 1996 at the law firm of O’Melveny & Myers, LLP, where she specialized in corporate and securities law and mergers and acquisitions. 

Kathy serves on the AAA Public Affairs Committee and the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety’s Research and Development Committee.  She also serves on the boards of the Orange County Business Council, the Civil Justice Association of California and the United Way of Greater Los Angeles and as a deputy member of the California Business Roundtable.

Kathy earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from James Madison University and a Master’s degree from the University of California, San Diego.  She received her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law.
