United Postal Service, South California District
Tom Cuce serves as president of UPS’s South California District. In this role, he manages a $3.7 billion business unit employing over 20,000 people and serving over 150,000 customers daily. He oversees all operations, customer relations, and revenue management in Hawaii, Southern California, and southern Nevada.
Cuce began his UPS career in 1983 as a package handler in Long Island, NY, and in 1985, he was promoted to Industrial Engineering supervisor in the West Long Island District. After completing rotations in preload and package operations, he was promoted to manager in 1989. His next assignment was in package operations before his promotion to Long Island package division manager in 1999. Cuce accepted a special assignment teaching corporate schools in 2006. After completing a similar assignment in the Great Basin District, he transferred to the South Cal. District in 2010 and was named vice-president of package operations. He was promoted to Northwest District Manager in 2014 and assumed his most current assignment as South California District Manager in 2016.
Cuce, an active member in the community, spent several years working with the Las Vegas Urban League and also served as a board member for the United Way of Greater Los Angeles, Antelope Valley Region, and the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle.

Cuce and his wife Gina have been married 22 years and have two daughters: Victoria is a Freshman at Cal Poly College, and Nicole is a Junior at Arizona State University.
