CA Assemblyman Phillip Chen named OCBC’s ‘Legislator of the Year’
IRVINE, CA—Orange County Business Council (OCBC) is proud to announce CA Assemblyman Phillip Chen, CA’s 55th District, as ‘Legislator of the Year.’ Assemblyman Chen best represents the business community’s key interests, voting in alignment with OCBC positions 94 percent of the time throughout the 2017 legislative session.

Assemblyman Chen represents portions of Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino counties including the cities of Brea, Chino Hills, Diamond Bar, La Habra, Industry, Placentia, Rowland Heights, Walnut, West Covina and Yorba Linda. He was elected overwhelmingly to the California State Assembly in November of 2016.
