CA Water Fix sees progress for sustainable supply
In July, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife issued a construction permit for portions of proposed water conveyance facilities in Northern California. The Metropolitan Water Districts of OC and Southern California briefed OCBC’s Infrastructure Committee this morning on the importance of supporting this critical water infrastructure project, which will ensure water reliability, offer a more environmentally sustainable solution for water delivery, and protect California economic well-being. Metropolitan Water District has organized a series of whitepapers and workshops on the proposed infrastructure, operations and cost associated with the project.
