Vice President of Government Affairs
Rachel Rolnicki is the Vice President of Government Affairs at the Orange County Business Council (OCBC). In her position, Rachel advocates on OCBC’s four key policy initiatives, Workforce Development, Workforce Housing, Infrastructure and Economic Development. Rachel works on behalf of OCBC’s 300 business stakeholders representing aerospace, energy efficiency, education, tele-communications, housing development, transportation, health care, and water reliability.
Rachel comes to OCBC following her many years of service for Congressman Lou Correa, as well as State Senator Lou Correa and U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer. During her tenure with Correa’s office, she represented the Congressman and his interests in policy discussions, meetings, and community events throughout Orange County. Rachel supervised policy matters regarding business, education, health care, environment, and transportation.
Born and raised in Orange County, Rachel earned a Masters of Public Administration from University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in History from University of California, Santa Cruz.
